8) Wire broken detector:

b) Pick up point: the pulse generator detector is located on the inlet roller of drawing machine.

c) Detecting theory: the inlet wire driven the detecting roller to generate a signal to keep the circuit in operating state. While the wire broken, the detecting roller no more driven by the inlet wire, there is no signal to keep the circuit in operating state and machine will be stop suddenly.

9) Drawing solution:

a) 50 Gallons per minute. A inlet valve is provided on the machine side for piping during installation

b) Shower cooling on to the dies and capstans from solution tank during the inlet valve is opened

c) Solution dipping drawing also provided, all the dies and copper wire are sunk into the solution during the outlet valve had been closed

d) Solution tank, pumping system and piping out side of machine are excluded
